Meet Dr. Hunter Brantley

On Being a Dentist

Dr. Hunter Brantley strives to deliver high quality dental care in a comfortable, understanding, and compassionate setting. He became a dentist to help people, especially those with dental phobia, achieve the smile they want and deserve. Dr. Brantley enjoys taking the time to have conversations with his patients, so that he can get to know each patient on a level that is deeper than dentistry.

As a Tallahassee native, Dr. Brantley always had a dream of returning to the area, following his academic pursuits. He is happy to be back, and practicing, in Tallahassee where he can take care of patients while being near family and friends.

  • Masters of Science in Biomedical Science, Mississippi College
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine 

With the understanding that dentistry is constantly evolving, Dr. Brantley continues to engage in continuing education opportunities. Dr. Brantley enjoys learning about new restorative techniques, and the advancements in digital dentistry. These areas allow him to provide a wide variety of care, in a comfortable manner, all while providing the highest quality of dental treatment.

Personal Life

Dr. Brantley enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his black lab, Marah. Being from the Tallahassee area, Dr. Brantley enjoys all things outdoors. During his free time, you can find him around a body of water, or exploring the outdoors where he enjoys fishing, kayaking, camping, and disc golf.

Volunteering, and giving back to the community, is something that Dr. Brantley Is passionate about. He is actively involved in the We Care Dental Network, Mission of Mercy, and working with the Special Olympics. He enjoys devoting time to patients from underserved populations, where he is able to share a smile, conversation, and ultimately helping patients with any dental needs.
