Community Involvement

Mission of Mercy

The state largest dental clinic that provides dental care to any patient at no cost to them, with the goal of serving the under- served and uninsured in Florida. The past couple of years Drs. Alex & Hunter along with supporting staff have volunteer to serve for this purpose.

Special Olympics

Participate yearly with the Special Olympics with providing dental screenings and fluoride to athletes locally and state wide.

"Tallahassee Dental Associates" Scholarship Award

Scholarship for $2,000 given annually to Tallahassee Community College Students who study dental hygiene and dental assisting

We Care Network

Ongoing participation for over 30 years in We Care Network, formerly Neighborhood Health Services, to provide dental care to indigent adults unable to afford emergent treatment

Dental Mission Trips

Sponsorship of various dental mission trips to underprivileged areas in Central America and the Dominican Republic

Guest Lecturer

Guest lecturer at UF, FSU, and TCC on various subjects pertaining to dentistry

Sponsorship of various local charities

High school sports teams, choral and drama groups, etc.
